  6. Trimax Movie (Video) requires Video for Windows, which is included on the disc.

  8. INSTALLATION:
  9.  
  10.    Step 1: Set up Video for Windows
  11.            a. From program manager file menu choose run.
  12.            b. Type D:\SETUP\SETUP (where D is your CD device)
  13.  
  14.    Step 2: Set up Trimax Movie (Video)
  15.            a. From program manager file menu choose run.
  16.            b. Type D:\VIDEO\SETUP (where D is your CD device)
  17.  
  18. The installation is completely noninvasive and consists only of
  19. creating a program group and icons in the Program Manager which point to 
  20. the CD-ROM drive applications.

  24. HOW TO PLAY VIDEO:
  25.    1. You can from program manager file menu type "D:\VIDEO" to play.
  26.       (where D is your CD device)

  32. SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS:
  33.  
  34. To NEW ERA MOVIE (VIDEO) you should have a 386 or better CPU with 8-bit
  35. (256 color) or better graphics, a sound card, Microsoft Windows 3.1 and
  36. DOS 5.0, and a mouse.  Your PC should have at least 4MB of RAM, and a
  37. CD-ROM drive.

  39. For viewing digital video a 16-bit (32,000) color video adapter is
  40. recommended.  An 8-bit display also looks good.  This product is optimized 
  41. for 8-bit and 16-bit and 24-bit video.

  43. Be sure Windows is using a display driver that will provide 256 colors
  44. (or higher).  This product is not designed for 16-color displays (eg., the
  45. standard Windows VGA driver).  If your colors look bad, run Windows Setup 
  46. to install the display driver provided by your video card manufacturer that 
  47. supports 256 colors (any resolution). If you don't have much video memory, 
  48. select "640x480 256 color" in Windows Setup.

  50. Certain high-resolution video cards may require updated driver software
  51. for correct operation of Video for Windows.  Please contact your video
  52. board manufacturer to see if newer driver software is available.
